Whether you're looking for an active holiday, a full-on triathlon camp or a cycling camp in a warm destination, you've come to the right place. KOA camp in Hvar, Croatia, offers open water swimming accompanied by kayaking, prepared bike routes, guided running sessions and yoga classes. All under a coach's watchful eye and tailored to your performance and current training plan.

 

Stari Grad is a place we really love coming back to every year. Imagine an island, the sea, figs, wine... and great company. Accommodation is in the private Apartments Marinko, 3 minutes from the sea. The camp is also suitable for family members.

TRAINING AND HOLIDAYS BY THE SEA

swimming 

  • Open water swimming (swimming in the sea for longer distances – training and simulation of a triathlon race)

  • Accompanied by a coach in a kayak

  • Swimming technique lessons in the sea (concrete pool) for beginners

  • We recommend a wetsuit and possibly a safety buoy

cycling

  • We will ride the island across, see vineyards, fig trees, harbors... 

  • All routes are prepared in advance

  • Accompanying support car with refreshments and service

running

  • Run along the picturesque paths of Hvar's vineyards

  • A long run along the ridge overlooking the sea and a valley like in Hawaii :)

exercise

  • Stretching and compensatory exercises by the sea or on the terraces of the apartments
