Whether you train more or less, our classes are designed for multiple performance groups. With KOA, you will always be training at the right intensity.

HOW GYM AND YOGA PASSES WORK

Because it makes the most sense when you attend classes regularly, we have introduced a so-called "core hour" for gym and yoga classes, for which you have a prepaid pass for the entire trimester (usually 13 weeks), and you do not need to register for it separately anymore.

If you cannot attend a class, you have the option to make up for it in any other class (you can register for it via Reservio). In case of (un)expected longer absences, we will adjust the price for the entire trimester accordingly.

One gym or yoga class costs 200 CZK. We offer a discount for multiple classes per week.

RUNNING AND SWIMMING PASSES

Running classes are paid through a trimester pass (usually 13 weeks). You have prepaid access to every class, and you do not need to register for them separately anymore. One running class costs 150 CZK. In case of (un)expected longer absences, we will adjust the price for the entire trimester accordingly.

Swimming classes are paid on a monthly basis: if you attend once a week, the price is 1,300 CZK. If you attend twice a week, the price is 2,200 CZK. You have prepaid access to your hour(s), and you do not need to register for them separately anymore.

gym

Gym training focuses on improving mobility, overall stability and developing strength skills. It is suitable as a supplement to endurance training, but also as a stand-alone strength and compensation exercises. We work with our own weight and with equipment (kettlebell, axle, elastics, suspension systems, etc.). We train in KOA gym in Letná.

YOGA

We offer gentle yoga classes with an emphasis on thorough, deep stretching. Classes include elements of compensatory exercise focused on the most commonly overworked parts of the body (not only) from sports. This type of yoga class is suitable for athletes in training and anyone who wants to "just" get a smart workout. Yoga classes take place in KOA gym in Letná.

running

KOA running training is here for anyone who wants to take their running to the next level. Proper technique is not only the golden ticket to faster running, but also the best injury prevention. There is also developmental training. A-skip, B-skip, straights, jump ropes, ladder and cones... We run on the track at Sportcentrum ČZU Suchdol in Prague 6 or in the nearby terrain. Locker room is available on-site.

WED: 6.00–7.15 p.m. TRAINING AT THE SPORTCENTRUM ČZU SUCHDOL

swimming

Our swimming training is designed for triathletes and swimmers of all abilities who swim regularly. In addition to classical structured training focused on swimming performance, we focus on improving and maintaining proper swimming technique and speed (for triathletes with regard to the upcoming racing season).
We build on the Swim Smooth system, which we have been using successfully for a long time and are constantly moving forward in it. In training we use aids (flippers, paddles, boards) and personal pace-meters.
